Any نّ or مّ will have a sound that emanates from the nose. You encounter Ghunna's in the Quran hundreds of times and it adds to the flow and beauty of the Quran. The duration of the Ghunnah(غُنَّة) sound is for 2 counts.

Surah 114, Ayat 1-6
قُلۡ أَعُوذُ بِرَبِّ ٱلنَّاسِ ١
مَلِكِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٢
إِلَٰهِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٣
مِن شَرِّ ٱلۡوَسۡوَاسِ ٱلۡخَنَّاسِ ٤
ٱلَّذِي يُوَسۡوِسُ فِي صُدُورِ ٱلنَّاسِ ٥
مِنَ ٱلۡجِنَّةِ وَٱلنَّاسِ ٦
Surah 111, Ayat 4
وَٱمۡرَأَتُهُۥ حَمَّالَةَ ٱلۡحَطَبِ ٤
Surah 74, Ayat 20-23
ثُمَّ قُتِلَ كَيۡفَ قَدَّرَ ٢٠
ثُمَّ نَظَرَ ٢١
ثُمَّ عَبَسَ وَبَسَرَ ٢٢
ثُمَّ أَدۡبَرَ وَٱسۡتَكۡبَرَ ٢٣
