Qunoot - القنوت for Fajr and Witr Prayers Arabic form for Jama'at and individual

Qunoot (Arabic: القنوت‎‎ or also known as Dua e Qunoot) is generally being recited during i’tidal or standing during the last rakaat during the Fajr (Dhuha) and Witr prayers.

It is sunnah (recommended) to supplicate with qunut in the Fajr and witr prayer, however, different mazhab has different opinions with regards to it which we are not going to delve into that for now.

In almost every part of the Muslim world, every Muslim – whether a local or foreigner – can easily recognize the call to prayer because of its existing universal standardisation.
