Noon Sakeena or Tanween

Any Noon Sakeena ن, نْ or Tanween ـــًـــٍـــٌـــ followed by any of these letters ن, و, م, ي in other word will become assimilated into the following letter and will be read with Ghunna, butن, م  will read with Shaddah(إِدْغَام كَامِل)  and و, ي will read without Shaddah(إِدْغَام نَاقِص) . Because و, ي are light letters.

فِي كِتَابٍ مُّبِينٍ

ي
مَن يَّقُولُ
خَيْـرًا يَّرَهُ

Note:  If و or ن comes after Noon Sakeena in any of these صِنْوَانٌ, قِنْوَانٌ, دُنْيَا, بُنْيَانٌ in a single word, then the rule will be Al-Izhaar - اَلْإظْهَارُ .

OR

When a Meem Sakeenaمْ  is followed by Meem Shaddahمّ  , the former will become incorporated into the letter and will be read with Ghunna.
